To build stronger relationships with our community partners, we will be offering a space for local non-profits to table during our festival this year!
We encourage non-profits who specialize in historic preservation, folk arts or music, and/or community service to apply. Non-profits must be located in Preston, Taylor, Monongalia, Barbour, or Tucker County to be selected. Political groups/candidates will not be allowed to table.
All non-profits will be required to bring their own table (no larger than 8 ft), pop-up tent (no larger than 10 ft), and materials. Arthurdale Heritage cannot provide these for you.
This is a juried festival and not all who apply may be selected. All applications are due by June 1, 2026. You will receive an acceptance or rejection email from us by June 11, 2026.
