More happening in Arthurdale

Arthurdale will be bustling on July 14th! Be sure to (carefully!) cross the street to see these two events and beautiful local textiles.

WEST VIRGINIA CARING: Visit the display in the old Arthurdale Inn—Depression Era Quilting With Feedsacks and Other Vintage Fabric—presented by Anna M. Schein, Associate Curator, West Virginia and Regional History Center, WVU Libraries. Open from 10 to 3 in the living room of the Inn. Do you have a quilt you’re interested in documenting?  See more on the WV Quilt Documentation Project and opportunity to preserve a quilt’s story.

COMMUNITY PRESBYTERIAN: The sanctuary pews are covered with local quilts for the Wrapped in His Love Quilt Show from 10 to 4. Have a quilt you would like to display? Read more about the event–and find the registration form here!
